1. Website Use

Content on this site is provided for general information about our products and services. Product specifications, MOQs and lead times are indicative and confirmed in writing per order. We are not liable for use of the site in violation of applicable law.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed by written agreement (proforma invoice or contract). Sample fees are refundable against the first bulk order where stated.

3. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

Artwork, logos and designs you submit remain your property. We manufacture strictly per your approval (digital proof and pre-production sample) and keep your files, molds and tooling confidential under NDA where agreed. We accept no liability for third-party IP infringement claims arising from artwork you provide; you confirm you hold the rights to submitted designs.

4. Production, QC & Delivery

Lead times are estimates from approval/sample sign-off and exclude shipping. Every batch is inspected before shipment; photographic QC reports are available on request. Risk transfers at the agreed shipping terms (e.g., FOB/CIF/DDP).

5. Returns & Claims

Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. Verified defective goods are replaced or credited; claims on goods produced to an approved sample cannot be accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where our company is located.
