Can I audit or visit your factory?
Yes. Customer audits are welcome at any stage, and we regularly run live video walkthroughs for buyers who cannot travel. Book through our contact page.
How do you protect my designs and tooling?
We sign NDAs on request, keep your artwork segregated and store your molds and tooling exclusively for you. Exclusive designs are never offered to other customers.
What is the smallest project you take on?
Stock designs start at 100 pieces and custom printed lines at 500 pieces, so new brands and market tests are welcome — you do not need a container to start.
