Questions Buyers Ask Us Most
My artwork is just a photo or a rough sketch. Can you still work with it?
Yes. Send whatever you have and our designers will redraw or vectorize it into a manufacturable file — free of charge, before you commit to anything.
Can you copy or reproduce an existing frame I already sell?
Usually yes. Send us a physical sample or clear photos with measurements and we'll assess tooling feasibility and provide a quote for an identical or improved version.
How much does a custom mold / new shape cost?
It depends on complexity, but we quote it transparently as a one-time tooling cost — never hidden inside the unit price. Tooling is typically ready within 10–15 days.
How do I approve the design before production?
You approve two checkpoints: the digital proof (visual mockup) and the pre-production sample. Nothing goes to bulk manufacturing without your written approval.
Do you protect my design from being copied?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request and keep your artwork, molds and packaging files segregated. Exclusive designs are never offered to other customers.
What shipping terms do you support?
FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP by sea or air express. We prepare full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
